The private Pinehurst Eighteen Hole golf course at the Pinehurst Country Club is one of two courses at the club, but it has the distinction of being the only 18-hole course and the club's signature course.
Fairways are blended into a unique design with four lakes, 65 bunkers and two thousand mature trees, offering golfers of all skill levels a memorable outing.
Opened in 1960, Press Maxwell designed the course. A rolling terrain and undulating greens, providing a lot of movement for interesting play. Many love, tall trees also add to the difficulty and beauty of the course. There are three lakes that form water hazards that come into play on five of the holes.
